Well, just shoveled my grandparents driveway and found out that school is canceled AGAIN tomorrow. Excited!

Ya I wish I was going to do that. Unfortunately I got dragged into this computer crap at home... Now much of my day has been wasted on that because my little sister had a major meltdown about it. So it looks like that isn't happening.

lol It's really pretty stupid. She wanted me to update the software on her iPod touch, so I did. It wiped all of her songs, which is fine because they are on the Mac. So she hooked it up to the Mac and the Mac said it needed the newest iTunes to sync her iPod. So I tried to update the iTunes but we needed OsX 15 or whatever (Snow Leopard I think) and we have OsX 14. So she went into meltdown mode, crying and everything because now she couldn't sync her iPod and it didn't have any songs and blah blah blah. Really stupid. I just had to switch computers and it worked fine.

yes at some point in time I will join the gotta have it right NOW generation---or not.

(yeah no cell phone...I figure if someone wants to get a hold of me, my home phone will take a message--yes an answering machine too--no voice mail....no need to talk to people while I am driving, shopping or at the docs....it can all wait)

My car has a radio I can hook my iPod up to which is nice. A lot more convenient than CDs.

I didn't buy the computer, I prefer PCs. But ya, my dad got it and it is a reallllly old computer. It is like a G4 or something from like 2002. It is bad.

I'm annoyed when I know that someone I'm with doesn't have a cell phone. Because generally if we go somewhere, chances are that it's going to be a pain if we decide to go separate ways and then meet somewhere on a certain time. With a cell, you just call them.

And since I put my cell on silence almost every time I go out, I don't notice most calls unless I'm waiting for one.

Macs are such a pain. PCs too, but that's kind of expected. When you pay that much for something, you expect for it to be working fine, not to someday suffer from something and having to call someone to have it fixed by paying even more...

I dont go anywhere with anyone so no problem with that red....and the few times I do go with someone (hubby or friend) we dont separate (dinner---unless something bad happens in the ladies room

).....so not a problem there either---

I have no reason to have a devise which would only be costing me lots of money to 'own'. When I am not at the docs or shopping I am at home and my answering machine still works (unless we have had a power outage and we do get quite a few of those every year).

and for some reason I doubt I will get over to either Tahiti or France anytime soon

We got rid of our house phone here since we all have cell phones. Only problem is the parents don't answer their phones! I mean really? Come on, the whole reason we got rid of it was because we have cell phones, but you have to answer them for it to work! lol

I like PC's because they just seem more versatile to me. But then again, I have never had a Mac that was up to date. My bro loves his so who knows. Once I get a job I am getting a new laptop or desktop.

Question: What ever happened to the scripts around 2 years ago that displays skill icons and the skill tables. Does anyone remember following a format like [viper's nest] and from there it would show the GW icon?

There used to be a way to do that Junato. But I think that when we switched over to the new servers they trashed it. I could be wrong though.

I remember it, think it was buggie though ---and everytime they did a skill update the thing would be wrong (if memory serves me)
